Then look no further than this amazing opportunity to work with a startup with big ambitions We are an Airbnb management company based in Auckland and are looking for a new addition to the team to help with a variety of small tasks to keep our Airbnbs in top condition and our guests satisfied with their stay. This role may involve showing guests to their Airbnb, dropping off new items to the apartments, trouble-shooting maintenance issues or meeting with maintenance contractors to give access to the properties. Each task will be different and will provide you with a range of experience and a glimpse into the short-term rental industry.

You will be paid per task which can take between 30 minutes to an hour and there is the possibility of 15 tasks per week. In most cases, we will be able to provide plenty of notice for when a task will be needed but we are looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours. This would be ideal for a student who spends a lot of time in the CBD as most of the properties are located here but candidate will also need a car to get to further away properties.

Most call-outs will be between 3pm - 8pm but there can be call-outs outside this time so flexibility is favourable. The right candidate will have: Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and ability to problem solve Knowledge of Auckland (tourist attractions, restaurants, bars) Well presented Smartphone with data Customer-facing work experience preferred but not essential A positive and happy to help attitude Access to a car and restricted or full license Knowledge of resolving common property issues (e.g.

setting up wifi, changing lightbulbs, tightening furniture) Full training will be provided for the right candidate.Please be aware that you will be a self-employed contractor and not an employee so you will be responsible for filing your own tax return. This means that those on student visas will be ineligible to apply unfortunately.
